How we rebuild gearboxes?

The main area of activity of KISTOWSKI is the professional remanufacturing of manual and automatic automotive gearboxes. We do not perform superficial repairs – every gearbox is fully disassembled, thoroughly pressure-cleaned, and subjected to detailed inspection of all internal components.

For the rebuild process, we use brand new OEM parts (bearings by Timken, SKF, FAG, INA, and seals by Corteco). We precisely adjust bearing axial play using dial indicators with tolerances up to 0.05 mm to prevent whining and premature wear. The finished product is subject to detailed verification and quality control before dispatch.
