A complete rebuild, not a cosmetic repair

Reliable remanufacturing starts with dismantling the gearbox and assessing its internal condition. Replacing a single noisy bearing does not reveal the state of the remaining components or resolve every underlying fault.

Parts are cleaned, measured and approved for reuse or replacement. During assembly we check clearances, seals and the interaction of components. The completed gearbox is checked for leaks and correct mechanical operation before dispatch.

Manual, automatic and specialist transmissions

We handle gearboxes used in passenger cars and commercial vehicles. The inspection scope is adapted to the design: manual transmissions, DSG, S tronic, Powershift, CVT and torque-converter automatics require different procedures.

Two units that look alike are not necessarily interchangeable. Ratios, mountings, casings, control systems and engine variants may differ, which is why the VIN and gearbox code are verified before an offer is confirmed.

VIN matching, European delivery and core return

To enquire about a unit from stock, send the 17-character VIN, the gearbox code if known and your contact details. We check the current stock and the exact technical version before dispatch.

We deliver palletised gearboxes in Poland and across Europe and can arrange return transport for the old unit. Core deposit, return deadline and shipping costs are confirmed before fulfilment.

Installation, oil and warranty

Service life also depends on correct installation. The workshop should inspect related components, use manufacturer-approved oil and complete any required adjustments or adaptations. Faults in the clutch, converter, cooling or control system can affect a sound gearbox.

Eligible products include sales documentation and written warranty conditions. The exact term and scope are shown with the product or individual offer. Installation requirements should be reviewed before work begins.

How much does gearbox remanufacturing cost?

The price depends on the gearbox type, damage and parts requiring replacement. A reliable quotation follows identification and diagnosis or inspection.

How long does the work take?

Timing depends on the design, parts availability and current workload. A stocked remanufactured unit may offer a faster exchange; we confirm timing before the order.

Is the vehicle model enough to identify a gearbox?

Usually not. One model and engine may use several gearbox versions. Send the VIN and, where available, the code from the unit.

Must the old gearbox be returned?

Many exchange offers require the old unit as a rebuildable core. The return requirement, deposit and deadline are agreed before fulfilment.

Is the gearbox supplied with oil?

This depends on the product. Confirm the required oil type and quantity before installation and follow the specification for the exact gearbox version.

How is a remanufactured gearbox different from a used one?

A used unit retains an uncertain service history. A remanufactured unit should be dismantled, inspected, repaired to an agreed scope, reassembled and checked.
